Table along right side of page with Developer properties set causes other data to go to second page

Default Inline Table within Table

I actually have that setup and it works to keep the table and text in line on the first page, but one small issue is the text on the left side should go around the table when its ended. I am not sure I can merge my left column (already merged) with just one cell on the right column?
