REF Code Not Showing
I entered a REF code into my Word table. Once I entered it and saved it, it no longer shows the REF code even though it is executes correctly. It still doesn't show if I hit Alt + F9 but the rest of the Word document shows all field code. Am I missing something? I need to update the REF code for the new copied table to reference a different bookmark, but the new REF code seems to have just overlayed the first one. The ref code for the original cell was {REF model6} and the new code is {REF model7}. Now when those bookmarks are entered, both bookmarks are displayed in the cell. I cant get the REF code to show so I can delete the first REF code. How do I do this? I thought ALT + F9 was supposed to do it but it doesn't. It shows me all other field codes though. |

FWIW, I put a field inside a table and Alt-F9 revealed the field code so your description isn't expected behaviour.
If you want someone to tell you why YOUR document isn't showing something then you need to upload it so we can look at it.
