I'm using a legacy text field within a table to input a calculation that displays as 0.00%. The calculation works but it rounds. so if the answer should be 3.50% it rounds it to 4.00%. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

What does the field code show when you toggle the field codes?

vert 1 refers to another text box's input.

If you double click on the field, is there a Number Format set for it?

There is.

0.00

And it spits out the calculation in that format, but the digits to the right of the decimal always show as zeros instead of the actual calculation.

I can't reproduce the issue on my machine - mine calculates correctly.

Perhaps attach your document to a post here so I can see what you actually have in your document.

I don't know what is going on with your form calculation field so just delete it and then replace it with a different field type.
Add a regular field in the last column by pressing Ctrl-F9. Then inside the {} which appear paste this text so it looks like { =(B2-2)/2 \# "0.000%" }
Then lock the form and try again.

In this formula, we are telling Word to use the value of Cell B2. So the Vertical acceptance formula will be almost the same but point at B3 instead.

Thanks. I removed the legacy text field and just used your field code in the table cell. That seemed to do the trick!
