Default Horizontal "total" lines in tables that are NOT borders?

Hi there,

Can someone please help with the attached image? It is driving me insane.

I am using a file that is rolled forward from previous years and somehow they managed to get this line that is NOT a border.

Does anyone know how to create/amend/delete this? I have looked through the whole ribbon and right and left clicked everything and cannot seem to find the option for this?

Thank you,
