Default Impossible to delete a table : there is a protected field

Hi to the community,

I am working for a company who uses Word templates.
Colleagues are complaining about a table at the beginning of the template. See the attached file

Were aren't succesful to discard that obsolete field.
As far it is a protected field, it is not possible to delete it, or to delete the row, or to delete the table

It is an update date, but I can't update it in the file properties.

I just want to discard it forever.
I tried copy/paste, cut/paste and I don't have the answer.

Can you help me ?

Thanks in advance
Julien
