I used a layout of a title page that offers me word. Which command should I use to reduce the spaces in the table, I attach image, with the red circles?
I tried to select cell> right click> table properties, option> margins, I change them but some remain as before. Maybe it depends on the size of the font? Then it forms a circle with four points that does not erase and therefore I cannot use the delete key to reduce the space under the line? How should I proceed? https://i.postimg.cc/435vcXx8/Spazi.jpg Thank you |

The circle with four points is a non-printing character that indicates the end of cell. The additional space is probably from the paragraph style you have used.

Why are these spaces so different in height for each square?
How can I reduce these spaces differently for each box? Where should I intervene, what do I know are the commands where I can act? I attach image and my file. Thank you |

Some of the spacing is from the table's cell margins. By default they are set to 0.2 cm. You can change those by right clicking on the table and selecting Table Properties then click Options on the Table tab of the dialog.
The rest of the spacing comes from the paragraph style applied to the text. If you don't want that then apply a more appropriate style such as No Spacing. In addition, you should learn to use Word correctly. Formatting should be applied using styles, not directly applied by altering font size and applying attributes such as bold or italic. Why, the table that comes out with the commands, which appears after selecting the row, in one computer you see two more buttons and instead on the other computer there are not, how do I make these missing buttons appear? Thank you

The context toolbar that appears depends on what is selected when it is displayed.
With some text selected you get the longer toolbar, with the entire table selected you get the shorter one. Assuming both computers have the same version of Word this behaviour will be the same on both. |

Unfortunately this is not the case, for both computers I have selected only one row of the table and yet two different bars come out, one longer and one shorter. But on a computer I have word 2016 (the shorter one comes out) on the computer with the longest bar I have word 2021. However, I was interested in making the button Interline spacing, in the computer with word 2016, the button that I circled in red, or I can find it, elsewhere, can you help me where? Thank you

If that is the case, it would require you to write CustomUI xml to override the context toolbar.

You'll need to do some research on customizing Ribbon XML. I'm certainly not going to provide a tutorial in a forum post.
