Word table has random phantom borders that move around
We have table templates we use for writing proposals, and the phantom lines shown in my attachment show up in all of our tables. They move around as the tables are edited and are not remedied by starting the tables from scratch. They show up when the doc is pdf'd and look terrible. I have deleted and re-bordered all lines, cells, etc, and they still show up. Advice would be much appreciated. Using Word version 16.56 w/ a MS 365 subscription.
