Unable to remove space above text in cell
I have a table cell from which I would like to completely remove the leading above the text. My top cell margin is set to 0, and the text is vertically top-aligned. I tried to move the text up using Font>Advanced>Position, but that just expands the cell height and does not actually move the text closer to the cell border. See attached doc.

See deleteme Date remove top margin.docm.
Why is this a .docm? It contains no macros. There was no reason I could see for all of the cells, so I merged them. |

Charles -- Thank you. It looks like you used a soft return after the first date. Did you do anything else?

I merged some of the cells and moved around tab settings.

"I merged some of the cells" -- Of course. Duh. I can't believe I didn't think of that.
FYI, the file I posted was taken from a larger one that has macros. |
