Pasting more than 4 cells into Word tables ignores cell divides
I hope the title wasn't too badly worded. I have cells in an Excel spreadsheet, which I paste into specifically-sized Word tables. Pasting a column of 4 cells (or less) into 4 Word tables works perfectly fine, but if I try 5 cells or more into 5 tables, the whole thing goes bad and Word starts merging cells together. I made a video recording: Imgur: https://i.imgur.com/UjRGpKF.mp4 Mirror: I can't understand why 4 cells work perfectly fine, but 5 or more completely ruin it. Word appears to be adding an Enter/Carriage Return into the larger tables, as if it's assuming there were four tables instead of three (two normal and one oversized one). |
