Hi everyone. I have Word 2010 and Windows 10.
When I create a maths table at the bottom of a page I sometimes have to move it to the top of the next page because I do not want it to break over two pages. That leaves a space at the bottom of the first page.I would prefer not to have to pad the space out with waffle text or with text from the next page that does not really belong there. What I would like, in other words, is for Word to fill the gap with more spaced out already written text from the first page or even from several previous pages if there is some way of spacing out the text so that it fills the gap. Is that possible at all? The only other way would be to edit the first page in order to decrease the amount of text so that the table fits into the bottom of the first page. Thanks in advance. |
