ARRRG. Does anyone know why the repeating rows used as headers on a multi-page table would stop appearing? I've looked at the table properties and clicked on the repeating headers icon and I can't figure out what happened. I have an idea it might be related to a column, row, or table alignment setting but I can't figure it out! Ideas?

That suggests you've set the table's wrap format to 'around' - revert to 'none'.
