![]() I am trying to make a phone list. I have 4 columns - name, phone number and then in the other two columns name and phone number. When I get to the bottom of the table for the first two columns how do I get the information to move to the top of the 3rd and 4th column rather than go to a new page. The information that I want to put in is in alphabetical order. Thank you |

Your description suggests what you really need is a two-column table on a two-column page.
To do this, go to Page Layout>Columns and choose Two. Then insert a two-column table. If you apply the 'Repeat Header Rows' property to the first row, Word will automatically replicate that row at the top of each new column.
