How can I copy and drag a row without the formatting of the table changing? This is Word 2016. Thanks

Copying & dragging are two different things; which are you seeking help with?
Just as importantly, if this concerns issues you're having with a particular document, it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue without actually seeing that document. If so, can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
