You could easily create a table like that for yourself, by starting off with a 6-column, 5-row table, then merging the cells on the 2nd row and deleting or merging columns 2-6 on rows 3-5 and adjusting the remaining cell widths & row heights. Unlike you, we have no idea what the required dimesnions of any of the cells/columns/rows are.
