MS Word Table Help
I am creating a table for making Labels. I am having trouble using the formulas. I want all of my cells in my table to be the same as what I have in A1. My table has 2 columns and 5 rows. I want A2,B1,B2,C1,C2,D1,D2,F1,F2 to = A1. How do I do this? The purpose for this is so that whenever I go to edit the labels I can edit in just the top cell of my table and they all change accordingly.

Hello aaron,
I strongly suggest you use MS Excel for this task. The problem is that MS Word tables are not capble of doing this or if, it is too complicated. So create your table/labels in ms Excel and then simply copy the table into word. Then all your settings and formulas will be preserved. Alternatively, you can use icon on the menu to directly "Insert Excel Table", and then work with it in Word, but I think it is simplier to do it directly in Excel. As for excel, in fields where you want to have your A1 value use this formula "=A1". If you will need any further assistance, let me know. mike |
