Hi macropod. I dont think it is due to paragraph formatting but yes that exacerbates the break at the bottom of the screen for sure, as it will try to keep a a paragraph together. To overcome this I split the last sentence up so it thinks its a new paragraph. The table still ends on page 1 at least 1.5cm from the bottom margin for some reason.

"allow row to break across pages' option unchecked."
I have experiemented with this and it made no difference. When I first saw that option tho I thought it was the answer to my frustrations. Shame.
