Default Aligning text in rows

I created a two column table and I set the vertical alignment to "Top". However, the text in the right column is slightly below the corresponding left column text (see attached screenshot). The cells on the right have an "end of row" mark to the right of the cell and slightly above the text. How can I get the text on the right side to align properly with the left side?

Thanks,
Mike

Check the styles of the text in the two columns and ensure they have the same spacing. As the left column seems to be a bold version of the right, use the same style as a basis.

Thanks. Is this where I check for spacing (see attached)? Both columns have the same settings. Also, changing the left side from "bold" to "normal" doesn't resolve the problem.

Check the 'space before' setting of the paragraphs in both columns.
