I am writing a dictionary in one of the Zapotec languages (Mexico), and I'd like to change the alphabetical order. The order is essentially that of Spanish, but many words contain non-Spanish digraphs, apostrophes and tone marks (diacritics).
Is there a way that I can alter the standard Word alphabetical order? Thanks. |

No. Word's sorting abilities are fairly limited. The text sort option basically works from the character ASCII/Unicode values. Lexicographical sorting - which is closer to what you're after - is not supported.
