Default Vlookup from one table to another

Can you do a Vlookup in Word like you would in Excel?

In the attachment, the third table is a simple addition between table 1 and table 2.

Once you have the results of table 3, I would like the results table to match the correct results from the lookup table. Just the second column numbers though. The text (Jan, Feb, Mar, etc) from the first column will already be static within the results table.



Any thoughts?
