Default Table Not Shading Correctly

I am using a table in Word. I used the Table Grid formatting under the Table Design Tab and have the Header Row, First Column, and Banded Row boxes checked. Why is the table shading not repeating between blue and white? At one point in the table the shading for the row goes blue, white, blue, blue. A screen shot is attached for your reference. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I seldom use this method within tables but, my guess...and ONLY a guess, is that you may have copied/pasted some data from one row to another using the same background color.

Other posters may have an alternative view.
