Default table and ruler misaligned

Greeting to everyone!

Why are my table and ruler misaligned in even pages? Odd pages are fine tough...

This happens when enabling the option "Different odd and even" in Page Layout, which I need for the header and footer.

Can anyone help me? Any idea?

Is the table in-line or wrapped? Does the page layout include a gutter?

If you have different right & left margin settings, what you're seeing will typically occur if you have set Word to use 'mirror margins', via Page Setup>Margins>Multiple Pages.

This is really puzzling me : ((

I don't have different right & left margin settings.
Multiple Pages are set to: Normal
Headers and footers are set to: Different odd and even

I tried with a blank word doc and I get the same problem... Is this a bug?

Actually, you do: Left = 4cm; Right = 2.5cm

Change that to 'mirror margins'.

It's too bad, because I need those different margins...

But is that the reason the ruler is of the tables? Too bad if there isn't any other way... : (

I've already told you how you can keep those margins and get the ruler:table alignment correct...
