Tables Acting Up
Hi,
When I try to fix the size of one of the columns the far right column goes way out of wack. Any idea why this might be happening? |

Not without seeing the actual table and a description of what you mean by 'way out of wack'.

I posted a screenshot with it. Did it not show up?

Sure I can see the screen shot, but that's only a small segment that tells me little of the table structure and nothing about what aspect of it you mean by 'way out of wack'.

It all fits inside the window until I try to move the parameter of one of the other columns. When I do that the last one goes all out of whack as can be seen.

I have already said it's impossible to diagnose anything without seeing the actual table ...

Sorry, I must be dumb. Do you mean you would have to have actual access to it?

That's exactly what I mean. Without it, there is no way for me to examine the table's configuration.

So what do I do? Is there any way for you to see what I mean? Or can you give me some advice about what I might be able to look at and twiddle with to see if it fixes it? Every time I move the parameters on A or B D goes way out of whack. But C doesn't do that. I've made two new tables and moved the text into them and the same thing happens. I've tried removing all formatting. But that didn't help either. I have 10 tables in this document and only this one is doing it.

Okay, when I try move the parameters of A & B from the 2nd row D goes awry, but I just found if I move them from the first row then it is fine, or if I move them from the ruler it is also fine. Any idea why that would be?

Just as you attached your screenshot to a post, you can attach a document to a post (with the problem table - delete anything sensitive). You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
