Can't modify cell margins
I cannot modify the top and bottom margins of cells in a word table copied from another document. I set a number for top or bottom cell margin values, but only the header changes, the rest off the cells remain the same. However, I can modify the left and right margin values in all cells. I can't find out what the problem is.  Any ideas?

Table tools/Layout/Properties/Cell/Options.../Cell margins: Tickbox: Same as whole table
Some clicks, and now everything is fine.
