Problems pasting rows between two documents
I have two large tables in separate documents that I am trying to merge in alphabetical order. But when I try to copy and paste between the two I cannot get the right format.
I normally highlight a row, copy, then right click in the new document and select insert rows. But those normal options is not appearing - I only get three options, one of which is plain text. The best option inserts the row but the cells are out out of line with the ones above and below. I can copy and paste within the first document no problem. And my colleagues can do this, no problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. |

Unless the tables are formatted exactly the same way in every respect, such problems are almost inevitable. That your colleagues can do this suggests their tables are OK in that regard.
