Temporarily show/hide selected table rows
Using Word 2007 SP2 on Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
I have a very long table and often I'd like to temporarily display only those table rows that contain a certain value in one of the cells. For example, temporarily display only those rows where the word "hello" is in cell 5 (and hide those rows that don't meet the criteria). When I'm done working with the selected rows, I would then display the entire table again. Other editors I've worked with call this a "show/hide" facility. I've searched the help and many tech forums, but haven't found anything relevant. Is this possible? Gary Richtmeyer |
