Assigning values to formfield checkboxes in a table
I have a similar issue to https://www.msofficeforums.com/word-...g-results.html with my document. I would like to calculate a rating based on the columns per section, starting with 'always at all times' being a value of 5 and 'is a concern' being 1. Calculating a total for each column combined in the rating field (maximum 20). Could you assist me with this? Last edited by macropod; 01-11-2015 at 11:44 PM.
