I see that the original file had Row Height specified on the Table Properties:Row menu. Un check the box. You can also allow rows to break across the page break but then cell info will be on two pages instead of just one.

Hope this helps for future problems since this one seems to be resolved.

That would not be appropriate for business cards, etc., where the content is to be printed on label stationery, as applies in this case. With labels, the rows must have a fixed height; otherwise you lose control over what gets printed on a given label.
