![]() Please help! I have a table that stays on one page but it produces a second page (it is blank) I want the document to be one page only, so when we print it, it will print just the table and not the second page, which is blank. I have changed the margins to 0 top, 0 bottom but it doesn't help. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you! |

Here's how:
1. On the Ribbon's Home Tab, click on the ¶ symbol, to display all the document's formatting marks. 2. Delete everything after the table, so all that's left is a single paragraph break (denoted by a ¶ symbol). 3. With that final paragraph break, format the before/after spacing to 0 and the line spacing as single. Then change the font size to 1pt and hidden. 4. On the Ribbon's Home Tab, click on the ¶ symbol, to hide all the document's formatting marks. Ideally, you'd create a paragraph Style for the paragraph formatting in Step 3, so you could just apply that rather than going through the re-formatting each time.
