Default Number formatting in Word table

Afternoon all

On a weekly basis we create some management capacity reports in word format (word 2002). Within the reports are figures gathered directly from the MOM database that we have, these a presented within a table.

When the figures appear we like them to be formatted to a 2 decimal place format, currently we do this manually. i.e 23.6 becomes 23.60 etc

Does anyone know a way either by a little bit of scripting or a formatting trick in word that I can run a macro or suchlike to perform this action ?.
Either per table or the whole document

Any help is appreciated

Thanks

Phil
