Sorry just one further question. Having had a look at your example and trying to recreate it for myself, I am having difficulty.
I understand that your set up the tab stops via either the ruler or from the paragraph dialogue. My problem is that I do not know how to place the tab stops. Pressing tab results in an extra cell being added to the bottom of the table. Ive never encountered tab stops before - where am I going wrong?
