Hi Guys,
To start with, I usually use office on my Mac (Office 2008 - Version 12), however I can also duplicate this problem on my Windows PC (XP + Office 12) with the same document. I have a problem where all but the last line of input in a cell vanish when in Print View. It is still there and prints, goes to PDF and shows up in Web and Draft modes. This only seems to affect the last row of a table and only if there are multiple lines of text in the cell, I have attached screen shots to explain. Picture 3 is with the multi line cell appearing at the bottom Picture 4 shows the exact same data, only I added one more cell Has anyone ever seen this before? I have seen one or two mentions of it online, however no responses, only further queries. As far as I can tell the issue seems to be in this document as I can copy the data into a new document and not have the information vanish. I want to avoid creating a new document as this one has many hours of sections and page numbering applied (at great pain might I add!) which I would rather not have to re-create. Cheers! Chris |
