Question right side of table off edge of page, how to resize?

Using Word 2008 Mac. Have 3 tables in a line. First two formatted fine, but third table has stretched so right edge off side of page. Sind I cannot drag the right edge of the table, since it is offscreen, how do I resize the table to fit on screen?

I resolved this issue. Select table. Menu->Table->Table Properties->Table->Size->Preferred width = 2", this resizes the table. Was previously 6.75". Who knows why 6.75". Perhaps it is a magic size within Microsoft.
