Inserting landscape Table into Portrait Document
can someone please explain to me how to insert a table created in a landscape file into a document that is Portrait. What ends up happening when I try to do this is that the table is cut off on the right side because it's still trying to put it into the portrait formatting. when i try to rotate it so that it is landscape on just on the page, it does the orientation correctly, but it shoves the table to the far lower left side of the page cutting off the top and left parts of the table. when i try to move it more towards the center it then cuts off certain aspects of the table (left and right margins). I have tried to find the explanation for doing this in the Office 2011 for Macintosh manual, but have had no success ...
thanks in advance .... |

Insert a 'Next page' Section break either side of the table, then select the page on which the table appears and change its orientation to landscape. The commands are on the Ribbon's 'page layout' tab.
