Indesign Table to MS word for Editing

I need to take table from Indesign CS5 into Microsoft Word for Mac (2011) so that they can be edited. How do I do that. When converted the PDF to text I do not get a table.

Depending on how the text is displayed you could convert the text to tables.
Hope this helps.
If not come back to the forum with a sample of the text so we can see how it looks once you have pasted it into your Word document.
