Default How to total 12 columns and divide them to get a percentage

I have a table of attendees for a meeting. We track this every month. We have a total of 12 columns, one for each month. When someone attends I enter a 1 beside their name. If they don't attend they receive a 0. On the far right in the last column I want to be able to total the columns and divide them by 12 to find out the percentage of their attendance for the year. TIA

Hi Triscia
Place your cursor in the total column and click on the Table Tools and Layout tab.
Click on the Formula button and insert the following formula in the formula box:
=SUM(LEFT)/12*100
Then change the number format to %.
Click OK.
You may need to hit F9 to calculate each time.
Good luck.
Tony
