Default Table format change

Hi,

Currently I have created a table style. This table style is based on Table normal style.

can someone please advice:

1) How to add a different color row (bottom border) to the heading row.

2) the default setting of the table - paragraph spacing before and after is 2pt each. when I copy and paste this table to other word document (prepared by head office) from other document - it changes to different spacing arrangement.

I think it may be because spacing setting in parapgraph belongs to document rather than table. in that case how can i ensure that paragraph style for the text in tables changes to before and after spacing of 2 pt.

Regards

For the Table Style, see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/wo...003076649.aspx

As for the paragraph formatting, that is a Paragraph Style-related issue. If you want to ensure your paragraph formatting is retained, define an appropriate Style; don't just modify one that's likely to be formatted differently in other documents.
