Hidden text in table
I have a document that has a signature block in a table. However, there is no visible name in the table, yet a name prints. I have checked for hidden text and printing hidden text, but these are not selected in the document. When I run Print Preview the signature name does not show up but it still prints! How can this happen? |

Hi Angel,
There other ways, including via the use of PRINT fields and certain formula fields. The output of these fields will only show in the printout. To see if there are any such fields in the document, press Alt-F9 to toggle the field code display. Any fields will then appear, probably shaded, with their content surrounded by field braces (eg '{ PRINT "some code" }. Note that a PRINT field doesn't even have to be in the table.
