Default Is there a way to Define a common Table Format as Object?

I have a common Table layout that I use in many documents. I was wondering if there is a way to define this as an Object and save it somehow so it can be insterted into any document via Insert Object instead of re-inventing it or copying and pasting it from another document.

I appreciate any assistance with this.

Don't try to save it as an object. If you are familiar with styles in word you can create a table style that will save the formatting for you. Once this is done you insert a normal table and apply the new table style to it. If you are using word 2007 you could also save your table as a quick part (located under the Insert Tab)
