Can't log in W11

For years, I go to my PC, hit ENTER, and am presented with a screen requiring my PIN. This AM, I go to my PC, hit ENTER, and am presented with a screen giving me my email address and asking for my password. enter that and am taken to a screen to set up virgin windows 11.
How do I log in just using my PIN?
