After installing any software I run through a series of steps to ensure a clean smooth running system including "ngen.exe /update". The system showed no unusual errors before installing MS Office 2019, however after installing and running ngen, I had over 400 lines of the below types of errors:

I installed this software a few months ago on a different system and had no issues. I thought maybe the software was corrupt but a fresh download had the same problem. I rebuilt the system with no luck either. I have not found anything online to fix this issue, and the system is clean of any type of malware or viruses. Suggestions where to look or on how to fix?
