Mouse touchpad isn't working

It looks like I don't have the drivers for the touchpad. I might have deleted them a while ago.

Where can I find a trustworthy link to download the necessary drivers?

For sure in the official website under "Support / Drivers" but if you tell us make and model of your laptop ... maybe ...

Ok. I went to the Microsoft website and downloaded what I was supposed to then I restarted my PC.

I don't see any touch pad drivers in my Device Manager.

Drivers are provided by PC makers to be used by Windows, so, as I already asked, please provide the manufacturer's name and laptop model.
