How can i stop updates on my windows 10...

You can do this using the Windows Update service.

Via Control Panel > Administrative Tools, you can access Services.

In the Services window, scroll down to Windows Update and turn off the process.

To turn it off, right-click on the process, click on Properties and select Disabled.

Depends which version you have. 1903 has better options as far as I know, and Pro has more options than Home.

To be honest,i can not stand Windows 10 always asking me to update my Windows 10.

What you need to do is got to Settings > Windows Update > Pause Updates. You can also set your computer to a "metered network", which will also stop updates from automatically happening, however, this can stop some programs from functioning correctly.

Find the "Windows Update" service in the service management window, right-click to open the properties. Select the "Stop" button, then change "Manual" to "Disable", apply, confirm and save, and finally restart the computer.
