Default How to permanently remove "Microsoft Pen and Touch Input Component"

Hi. I don't use (and will never need) the Microsoft Pen and Touch Input Component on my all in one Lenovo desktop. Can you show me how to permanently remove it? There's no listing in add/remove for it, and if I click on "Turn Windows Features On or Off", that window (another problem) is always blank and never populates at all). Everything's working great otherwise. Just don't want to see that constantly in my processes (wisptis.exe). Fwiw, there are actually 2 copies of that as well: one for "system" and other under my username. It doesn't respond to end process. Thanks for your solution.
