The Display is 'shortened' when not in full screen.
I am new to Win 10, but not Excel. In full screen, I have no problems, but prefer to have the display so I can select icons at the right edge of the screen. When I take Excel out of full screen, the display is shortened by about 2 - 2.5 inches. Instead of showing lines 1 - 36, only lines 1 - 23 are displayed. If I drag the bottom of the screen down to the Office bar, I can work until I save the file and exit. Then when I load the file again, it's back to the shortened display. Any ideas?
