Can a Folder be set to automatically open all the Files within it?
I'd like to create a Folder which automatically opens all the files within it when it is opened.
These are Excel and PowerPoint files. Can this be done?

Anything of that nature would entail Windows API programming; it's not something Office could do on its own. Accordingly, moving your post to the Windows Forum.
Another option might be to create a vbscript that you could run from Windows Explorer (e.g. by double-clicing on it) after accessing the folder and have that script initialize the apps and open all their files.
