Default Bluetooth Audio drivers Windows XP?

I'm not sure if this is the right placed to ask this so feel free to move the thread if so.

I'm running Windows XP 32 bit.
I have a Bluetooth speaker I want to connect to my computer via Bluetooth.
I also have a Bluetooth dongle plugged into the USB port on my computer. It is a Bluetooth CSR 4.0 dongle.

While my computer will sometimes detect it (detects the Bluetooth connection to my Bluetooth speaker) there is no functionality. I believe this is because Windows XP does not include Bluetooth Audio Drivers so I will have to download them from somewhere.

I have updated the Bluetooth drivers on my PC but without the Windows Bluetooth Audio drivers I can't use it.

Would anyone know where I can download the Windows Bluetooth Audio Drivers for Windows XP. I have already googled this to death and have found nothing but sly attempts to put adware on my computer.

If anything is likely to be available to work with your dongle, it would probably be from the dongle maker's website.

Which dongle would you use to give you the greatest chance of getting this to work. I thought Bluetooth CSR 4.0 was the latest? Are there better?
Are there better Bluetooth dongles with more functionality out there?

I don't use either Windows XP or Bluetooth, so I'm not in a position to answer those questions. Logically, though, if you're using a dongle, the dongle maker is the first place you should go for drivers and related software.
