Default Dual Boot Same Os

I run a computer school where I teach Excel and Word. I have 8 machines and I want to have my machines boot into several OS's. I actually have it working now with Win 7 & Win 10. The only problem is that Windows 10 can't be ghosted. I only have one machine with Windows 10 that is activated and the rest are not. That is not really my problem since I already know MS just does not allow Ghosting of Win 10 upgrade.

I plan to start over again and install Win 7 and Win 8 on my test machine then ghost the machines and then upgrade each Win 8 install to Win 10. Really sucks I have to do that but oh well.

My question is Can I triple boot with two Win 7 and Win 8. I want to have Office 2016 set up so I can start offering a class on it. From what I'm told I can't run Office 2013 & 2016 on same machine.
