Default Cannot download PDF file with Edge

Okay, tell me I'm stupid, but I can't get the files I need.

My supplier notified me of a new tech manual for my business, and directed me to a PDF file on his website. With Windows 7 and IE this was a piece of cake -- just right-click and download. Now I have Windows 10 and Edge. I've tried and tried; cannot figure out how to download this PDF file.

HELP!

Click on the link and when it opens the pdf in your window right click on it.

So you're telling the OP he has to open the file before he can save it??? In that case, I'd be installing a web browser that does have such basic functionality.
