folder tree
When I open Pictures there is no Signatures folder. When I go to D/Pictures, there is a Signature folder. When I right click on Pictures and go to Properties the address is D/. What am I missing. |

D:\Pictures is not a standard Windows folder, so there would not be a Signatures folder in it unless you created one there.
If by 'signatures' you mean Outlook signatures, they are stored at C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures If you type or paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Signatures in the address bar of Windows File Explorer you will be taken to that (normally hidden) folder.
