Hi,
I'm using a laptop with Windows 8. I recently changed the password for my MS account. Now, each time I do a start-up, the Welcome screen appears and then says 'The username or password is incorrect. Try again.' N.B. At this point, I haven't typed anything, so it must be getting the incorrect password (presumably my old one) automatically from somewhere. Previously, I didn't need to enter a password when starting up. When I enter my current password, it is then accepted, so this isn't a huge problem, but it is a nuisance. Can anyone please advise? Thanks, Graham |
